Pork recipe without extra oil and water !!

I am a pork lover, and I have loved pork in every kind of

preparation, may it be boiled, fried, roasted, salad, and so on.

Below is one among my favorite recipe. You can say its boiled,

and then fried without any extra water or oil. And I am sure

you'll love it..

Ingredients:
1 kg raw Pork

Marinade:
½ portion of dried Bhoot jolokia/king chilli (crushed)
(dry red chilli also can be used if bhoot jolokia is not available)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
½ tsp turmeric
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp coriander powder
2 inches cinnamon stick
2 large onions chopped
3 large tomato chopped
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix pork with crushed bhoot jolokia, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, jeera powder, coriander powder, cinnamon, chopped onion, chopped tomato and salt together. Keep it for a minimum of 30 mins.

Shift all the ingredients to a pressure cooker and cover the lit. No additional water is required.
Cook in a slight low flame, after 4-5 whistle turn off the flame and wait till the pressure to come out, which may take 5 – 10 mins. (But if you are in a hurry, allow up to 6 whistle and manually release the pressure).
Then place the cooker in a medium flame again, and allow the water to dry. After sometime, the fats start melting and release oil. Let it fry on its own oil until the color of the dish gets darken. This whole process again will take 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot along with rice and dal.

My "TU TU MAIN MAIN" with Auto Driver in Bangalore!!

It was a usual Thursday Morning, dated 27th August 2015, and I was on my way to office. I reached Silkborad junction at 10:00 am, I approached an auto to drop me to my destination. Below is the conversation between ME and the DRIVER:

Me: Bhaiya Lake Road chaloge?

He (nodding his head): 80 rupees.
Me (reconfirming): Kitna?
He: 80
Me: 80 kyu? Metre main chaloge to 35 se jyada nahi hoga.
He: Tumhare paas bohut paisa hai na.
Me: Isse kya matlab??
He: Dekhne se pata chalta he na. Toh do paisa.
Me: Apka metre kisliye he?
He: Jana toh baitho nahi toh jao.
Me (noting his vehicle number and walking away): Its none of your business and I will complain on this.
He: Aye!! Edhar ao.
Me: Mujhe apke auto me nahi jana ab.

He repeatedly called me to board with him, but this time i refused, as i feel a question mark on my securities boarding with him now.

He then with a pointed finger and expression, maybe trying to threaten or warn me “don’t you dare do it”.
His vehicle no. was KA03 AB 1942. I have registered a complain against him by calling on the number given by the Bangalore Traffic Police. The response from BTP was quite appreciating, the person was very patient to listen to my whole story, and assure me to take action against him.

It’s a day to day issue, and he is not the only auto driver who refuses to go with you. At Silkborad junction, 50% of the auto will refuse to go with you, 40% will demand more than the meter, and only 10% would go with you at the genuine rate. And you gonna get that 10% after a struggle of 10-15 minutes.
It’s not just me who is facing this issue at Silkboad Junction. Therefore, I want system to change, though I may not be travelling that way tomorrow, but if things are corrected it would be easy for the public to commute.

For Auto problems like refusal and demanding more, you may also complain at 080-22868444/550.

Review on my Favorite product from AVON!!

'Little Black Dress'

Avon Body Spray, 'Little Black Dress' was once my favorite. But haven't use this past one year. Recently, a friend of mine my show me the catalogue, don't know How, Why, but the sight of the catalogue has made me feel so nostalgic (maybe because I was once so used to it) and I, out of craze bought 3 cans @299 each. But heartbroken to find the product to be so degraded in quality. The fragrance is not the same anymore, and also doesn't last for more than 4 hours.

I know many of my friends who loved this product from AVON, But my dear friends, if you haven't used this for quite a long time and you are not aware of its cheapen quality, PLEASE AVOID.
